Indian wedding at Finca Monasterio San Martin

What I love the most about being a wedding photographer in Marbella is the opportunity to photograph weddings of different cultures and religions. Today I want to share with you a beautiful Indian wedding at Finca Monasterio San Martin. Attention to details, rituals and festivities make Indian weddings one-of-a-kind true experience!

C&J couldn´t chose a better wedding venue for their 2 days wedding celebration! Finca Monasterio, this beautiful XVIII century monastery converted to boutique hotel, is one of our favourite wedding venues in the Costa del Sol. The mix of rustic Andalusian style and modern touch is a perfect backdrop any photographer would wish for. Wedding ceremony by the pool, cocktail at the patio and dinner under the stars…. just perfect for outdoor summer wedding in southern Spain.

The wedding festivities kicked off with a traditional Mendhi party. The next day, the bride and groom gathered with their family and friends for the wedding celebration. The couple decided to have two ceremonies, the first traditional Sikh ceremony that reflected the bride’s heritage and honoured her family and afternoon civil ceremony. For Shikh wedding ceremony Chrisy wore traditional red dress complimented by gorgeous gold jewellery. For the civil ceremony, she chose traditional ball gown wedding dress. Maria Arana from Mag took care of hair and makeup.

It was such a pleasure to work again with Tucco weddings, one of the best wedding planners in Marbella. This fantastic team took care of every detail of planning, coordinating, and styling C&J wedding day.
Flowers and table set up were created by one of the best florists in Marbella, Pedro Navarro . The final result…. well just look the photos! Breathtaking ceremony set up, colourful centrepieces, gold tables décor, just stunning!
